Sunshine Coast Landscaping Project: Urban Transform

This gem, nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, recently underwent major renovations. Re:Scape were called in to transferm the typical back yard pool area into something quite special for entertaining family and friends in a relaxed, outdoor respite.

The big bonus for this project was the upper deck overlooking the pool. One challenge was to design the journey between the decks and we came up with the vertical screen. The screen contains the space around the stair case and partially screens out the pool view until one completes the journey. The result makes for a terrific ‘reveal’ and preserves the classic lines of the home and decking.
